Common questions
How do I steal candy?
Sneak up behind a trick-or-treater until you are in the green zone, then hold the paw button. If they start to turn around, stand still: a cat that freezes in the shadows is very hard to see.
What is Neon Frenzy?
Every steal, scare, smash and delivery adds to your streak. Get caught and it resets. At 10 the whole town goes neon: you run faster and every candy counts double for as long as you keep the streak alive.
How do I climb onto the rooftops?
Jump (the green Jump button, or Space on a keyboard) and jump again in the air for a double jump. Cars, bins, window sills and porch roofs are the stepping stones up. Golden beams mark rooftop treasures.
How do I open more nights?
Stars open new nights. Earn them by scoring well and by finishing each night's three challenges. Replaying a night can always earn more.
The game feels slow on my device.
Go to Settings → Graphics and choose Low. On Auto the game lowers its quality by itself if your device struggles.
Where is my progress saved? Can I move it to a new phone?
Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes your progress, so please don't delete it if you want to keep your cat.
How do I start over?
Settings → Reset progress erases everything and lets you create a new cat.
